I graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology Law and Society and a Minor in Business Administration. My education revolved around societal influences, human behavior, and the business side, including management, marketing, advertising, and finance. I have 5+ years of professional experience in client engagement, sales, developing & implementing marketing strategies, delivering against assigned quotas, and spotting customer needs and trends. I was recognized as a top sales and customer support performer at Apple, Inc., and Pier1 Imports for having achieved an extremely high success rate with client issue resolution, and have been instrumental in increasing the growth of long-lasting customer relationships.

Having worked at two companies in which offered loyalty programs, I excel at informing customers about news and promotions while also promoting our loyalty system (credit-cards). I also have good customer relations with customers when doing sales and returns.

Employee of Quarter

Not long after I started working at Pier1 Imports, I was awarded Employee of the Quarter for my outstanding customer service, work ethics and always upbeat attitude. I was never late to work and my strong work ideas, contributions, leadership advice is what allowed me to receive this award early on in my career.
